Consistent with Cal Poly's learn-by-doing approach to teaching, the CIS department has a very active internship program coordinated by Anna Carlin (acarlin@csupomona.edu) located in building 98, C4-009, 909 869-3238.

Intern students can be hired at any time of the year. Since Cal Poly Pomona is on a quarter system, the prefered employment starting dates coincide with the beginning of a quarter - September, January, March or June.

Winter 2011 CIS Internship Sign Up Meetings are on Tuesday, January 4th from 12 to 1 and Thursday January 6th from 5 to 6 pm in building 98, C3-004.  You must attend ONE of two internship meetings and be employed in an internship position in order to add an internship.
